This page outlines the Groo Tiger Toy scheme (the Reward Scheme). The Reward Scheme is operated by Tiger Mobiles Limited a company registered in England with registration number 09041878 and registered office address at 15 Queen Square, Leeds, LS2 8AJ (We, Us, Our).

We provide the Reward Scheme for customers who purchase a mobile phone contract from Our website located at www.tigermobiles.com and who register their purchases with Us on Our website located at www.tigermobiles.com (You, Your).

Please read the following terms and conditions of the Reward Scheme (the Terms). The Terms must be read in conjunction with the general terms and conditions of use of the websites located at www.tigermobiles.com and the privacy policy. By registering with Us in accordance with the procedure set out below, You agree that You have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

1. Qualifying for the Reward Scheme

1.1. To participate in the Reward Scheme You must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
Rewards are Groo Tiger toys and other associated gifts which are available to be claimed as a free gift (Reward) when you purchase a mobile phone contract via TigerMobiles.com (a Qualifying Purchase).

1.2 Qualifying purchases
1.2.1. Contract Phones taken out through TigerMobiles.com on or after 18th November 2014.

1.3 Non qualifying purchases
Currently the following products are not qualifying purchases made through TigerMobiles.com:
1.3.1 PAYG Phones;
1.3.2 SIM Only Deals;
1.3.3 SIM Free Handsets;
1.4. Only products listed above purchased by you through www.tigermobiles.com qualify for a Reward.
1.5. Customers making a Qualifying Purchase through tigermobiles.com may qualify to receive a Reward subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or amend the list of Qualifying Purchases from time to time. We will give as much notice as we reasonably can if this happens. Any such amendments will be advertised on tigermobiles.com. It is your responsibility to check the current list of Qualifying Purchases before making any purchase.
1.6. You will only be eligible to receive a Reward if the Qualifying Purchase is made (i) via a link on the www.tigermobiles website. You will only qualify for a Reward where we can verify with the product provider that the Qualifying Purchase has been made.
1.7. You will not be entitled to a Reward for renewing any Qualifying Purchase directly with the product provider.
1.8. All Rewards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute or remove Rewards at any time. In the event that an advertised Reward subsequently becomes unavailable we will provide an alternative Reward at our discretion. There are no cash alternatives available for Rewards.

2. Claiming Your Reward

2.1. After you have completed Your Qualifying Purchase, to claim Your Reward You must register your Qualifying Purchase at www.tigermobiles.com/claim-groo/ by completing the on-line form with your details. You must register your Qualifying Purchase within 60 days of the start date of the first bill date. No Rewards can be claimed in respect of any Qualifying Purchases registered after this time. Unless you register your Qualifying Purchase we are unable to allocate a Reward to you.
2.2. Only the individual making the Qualifying Purchase may register the Qualifying Purchase with us and receive the Reward. We shall not provide Rewards to any person other than such individual.
2.3. You may only register each Qualifying Purchase once and you will only receive one reward for each Qualifying Purchase.
2.4. When you register your Qualifying Purchase with us you must provide all the information requested by us in order to complete your registration.
2.6. When we have received your registration we will verify your Qualifying Purchase with the relevant product provider to confirm that the Qualifying Purchase has been completed.
2.7. We rely on the accuracy of information provided by the third party providers of products purchased via the website located at www.tigermobiles.com to verify your entitlement to a Reward. We accept no responsibility for any delay, failure, or error by a third party provider in notifying us that a Qualifying Purchase has taken place. Third party providers will be unable to assist you with any enquiries arising from this Reward Scheme. Therefore, in the event that you have any queries or disputes regarding the Reward Scheme please contact us directly via help@tigermobiles.com

3. Receiving Rewards

3.1. Once we have received your registration and verified Your Qualifying Purchase you will be allocated a Groo Tiger Toy Reward.
3.2. Your Reward will be sent out to the UK address specified in your registration within 90 days from the date we receive confirmation from the relevant third party product provider that the Qualifying Purchase has been made.
3.3. Occasionally delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and so delivery cannot be guaranteed within the timeframe referred to above.
3.5. Rewards will only be sent to UK addresses.
3.6. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of the Rewards shown on the Sites are an exact reproduction of the appearance and/or colours of the Rewards themselves. Any sizes quoted are approximate.

4. Returning Rewards

4.1. Returns of the Reward are not accepted.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Neither We nor any of our employees or other representatives will be liable to you for any loss or damage incurred by you arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Reward Scheme including, without limitation, indirect, or consequential loss or damage, loss of anticipated revenues, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data or damage to reputation resulting from (a) your inability to register your Qualifying Purchase or (b) our failure to deliver a Reward or (c) the Reward which You have received.
5.2. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud (including, but not limited to, fraudulent misrepresentation) or for that which cannot lawfully be excluded.
5.3. Further, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.

6. Use of Data

6.1. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is used properly and is kept securely. We use technical and organisational security measures in order to protect the data we have under our control against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorised persons.
6.2. A full description of how your data will be used is set out in our Privacy Policy. By submitting personal information to us you are consenting to the processing of your personal information by us

7. Termination of Rewards Scheme

7.1. We may refuse your request for a Reward and terminate your registration if at any time we suspect that you have been involved in:
7.1.1. Any abuse or attempted abuse of the Reward Scheme;
7.1.2. Any breach or attempted breach of these Terms;
7.1.3. Any breach or attempted breach of the general use of website terms and conditions on the TigerMobiles.com website;
7.1.4. Any activity which in our reasonable opinion constitutes misuse or abuse of the TigerMobiles.com;
7.1.5. Any fraud or breach of any terms applicable to the Qualifying Purchase.
7.2. We may amend, suspend or terminate the Reward Scheme in its entirety at any time but will give as much notice as we reasonably can before doing so. In the event that the Reward Scheme is terminated, any Qualifying Purchases not registered by the termination date will not qualify for a Reward. You will not be entitled to an alternative if you have made a Qualifying Purchase but failed to register the Qualifying Purchase prior to the termination date.

8. General

8.1. If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be affected and will remain valid.
8.2. Unless expressly stated in these Terms, nothing in these Terms shall confer any rights on any person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
8.3. Any intellectual property rights existing in and to the Reward Scheme, the Rewards and any character or trading names associated or used in the Reward Scheme or in relation to the Rewards are and shall remain the property of us.
8.4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
8.5. These Terms will only apply as between us and you. Unless as otherwise stated in these Terms no other person may benefit or rely upon these Terms and Conditions.
8.6. We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where we do this we shall advertise any such amendments on the www.tigermobiles.com website.
