Track down a pay monthly deal on the iPhone 5c Yellow 8GB with TigerMobiles.com. The iPhone 5c Yellow 8GB has all the things that made the iPhone 5 an amazing phone plus that bit more. To get started choose from our range of deals below.
For those of you who are under a misconception that the 5c would have an average build quality be because it is made of plastic – you are wrong. This is not the kind of plastic you are likely to find in some of the existing smartphones in the market. This is plastic that is hard, sturdy and durable. This is something that is classy and glossy. The build of the 5c is stunning, wherein the engineered plastic material rests over a frame that is made of steel-reinforced material. The high gloss finish gives it a premium look that Apple is known to deliver. The device rolls out in five different colours that include – green, pink, yellow, blue and white. Apple claims that it had refused over thousands of colours before it decided to release the models in the above mentioned colours.
The phone is very much similar to the iPhone 5 in terms of its looks and features – except for the body and colour. Weighing around 132g and measuring around 9mm in thickness, the phone is definitely heftier and thicker than its earlier iterations.
There are smartphones in the market that are as big as any tablet. Known as “phablets”, they have a screen size that is larger than the average smartphone but smaller than most tablets. However, Apple has a different theory altogether: it feels that the perfect screen size for a smartphone is 4 inches – and that is why it has stuck with the same measurement in all its iPhone models. The 5c has the same 4 inch screen size and is powered by Retina Display. The screen offers a maximum resolution of 640×1136 pixels and delivers stunning visual quality. The pixels-per-inch ratio is close to 326p, which adds zing to videos, games and images. Overall, the screen is one of the best in the market.
Under the hood, there are no new inclusions or major upgrades. It retains the specifications of the iPhone 5 and functions and performs relatively in the same way; but what is new is the device’s operating system. The 5c rolls out with iOS 7 as its default operating system that adds more to the functionalities of the device. The latest OS includes several new features and a revamped user interface that is just brilliant. Siri, the digital personal assistance, acquires two new voices; and the OS now integrates better with some of the social networking websites and others like Bing, Wikipedia and more. The specifications include the presence of a 32 bit custom A6 processor that operates at a clock speed of 1.3GHz, one GB at 266 MHz and a 1510mAh battery.
The camera remains the same in the 5c. It features a rear 8MP camera that supports full HD. One of the minor changes in the camera is that it is now more sensitive to dim light; meaning photos will appear natural even in environments that lack natural light. The Facetime camera sports a 1.2MP lens and is sensitive to low light as well. Apart from this, the device shows no upgrades in terms of camera.
As far as connectivity is concerned, the device sports a dual band wireless connectivity feature, Bluetooth 4.0 and another feature for local file sharing purposes called Apple AirDrop. NFC technology, which is absent in all the smartphones released by Apple, is omitted in the 5c as well. However, the phone features several new antennas for better LTE reception. Apple claims that the number of antennas in the 5c is more than that of many smartphones in the market.
One of the other technologies that have been omitted in the 5c is the TouchID security function. The technology, which is available in the 5S, has been overlooked for some reason. The primary purpose of this technology is to offer better security to users by allowing them to use their fingerprints to gain access to the device.
Nevertheless, the Apple iPhone 5c is one of the best smartphones to roll out in the market and is a good inclusion to Apple’s lineup of products.

With smartphones looks play a big part for the end user and the look of iPhone 5c Yellow is bound to turn a few heads. It’s vibrant and stands out when compared to the standard colour lineup of the 5s.
It is not just a good looking phone either; it contains an A6 chip which is faster than iPhone 4’s A5. It has an 8 megapixel camera and 4 inch retina display. The iOS 7 updates provide extensive options to its users and it’s very easy to use. The home screen is beautifully embedded with the colour of the phone in each model which is a very nice touch.
We’re not convinced on the 8GB model though, 16GB is surely the minimum required for the average user in 2014.
