"Weird Price Rises"

I was paying £10 a month for sim only deal, Then got an email and they are asking £23 for the same package in the middle of the contract period. Got my PAC and moving to 3.

"Had sim only for 18 months but declined for a contract"

Unfortunately only a 1-star review from me and my partner, we have both been on sim only contracts for 18 months that are both one-month rolling deals as we have never needed new phones until now.

I called virgin to upgrade and for some reason, we have both been declined at the credit check process. We always pay the bills, have no outstanding balances and always pay when we go over on our allowance yet we can't "upgrade".

I have filed a complaint but yet to hear a response. Proceed with caution!

"Best sim only deal I’ve ever had"

I've been with Virgin Mobile for 12 months and I have never experienced a single issue.

The service is great, and I have had a great signal throughout, they use EE so rock solid.

"Poor Customer Service"

I wouldn’t recommend Virgin to my worst enemy. I initially had problems this summer and got passed from pillar to post over several days with no solution. Several times I was told a manager/supervisor would call - but you guessed it no one ever does call. Shame as I've used them for a couple of years, but as soon as you need them, non existent!

"Still no sign of my new SIM card"

I had to order a new sim card to replace a stolen mobile phone. 8 days have passed and still no replacement sim card through the door. I will be changing to another company as this level of customer service is very poor.

"Good coverage from Virgin Mobile"

I am very satisfied with the Virgin Mobile. I bought a Samsung S8 and so far the coverage is excellent, the data plan and the pricing is good too.

"Good sim only deal"

I went to Virgin Mobile for a sim deal. This £16 per month deal allowed me unlimited texts, 2500 minutes and 30GB of 4G data. This suited me well since I am currently a student at university and I need all the data I can get for social media, school work etc. I also needed a cheap deal due to my tight budget. The setup of my card was quick and easy and I was able to browse the web straight away. I would rate the sim deal and my overall experience with Virgin Mobile as a 10/10. I recommend you go to them for a sim deal since you get a lot for what you pay for.

"Great Experience"

I had a great experience with Virgin |Mobile, I ordered my brand new iPhone 7 yesterday, easily the best deal and I received it this morning. I would definitely recommend.
