"Good service"

It would have been 5 stars but I was wrongly informed about being able to keep my number and move it to the new contract. I am now having to buy a pay as you go sim to transfer the number to be able to transfer it back to EE. Bit of a faff but otherwise good experience and quick delivery.

"Good deals but poor customer service"

E2save have great deals but absolutely terrible customer service, I've called them for the past week and ended up waiting over 10 minutes to get through. The lines were also full most of the time.

"Excellent experience"

Excellent experience, both phone and monthly package were very competitively priced, so confident I made the right financial choice. I had a bit of a problem with delivery but they did help sort it for me.

"Pushy sales staff offering non-existent deals"

I got a phoned e2save earlier in the year and was informed by the young salesman that he could offer us great mobile phone deals better than we would find in any shop. Alarm bells were already ringing at this point and I should have trusted my instinct but I carried on the call. The salesman couldn’t listen for longer than 30 seconds and wasn’t really interested in my requirements and just wanted to sell to me. I wanted to upgrade mine and my husband’s phone to a cheap smartphone but ended up with 2 phones I do not want and am paying more per month than the amount quoted.

Getting in touch with e2save is extremely difficult too and because I didn’t realise the cooling off period was 14 days I’m now stuck with handsets I don’t need.

I spoke to someone on live chat but they were clueless and their only suggestion was to sell the phones and purchase some cheaper ones outright. I feel that is non-sensible though and I am not comfortable using eBay as I have heard some horror stories.

Extremely frustrated with this company.

"Highly recommended"

Over the moon with my purchase from e2save. Got my daughter an iPhone 7 for her birthday. Ordering online was very easy and I was impressed with the good level of communication via email regarding my order status. I also appreciated the text message about it too. Delivery was good too as I got an accurate time slot it would be delivered at so I didn’t have to wait in all day. Very happy, thankyou.

"Gifts take a while to arrive"

I ordered an iPhone 6S that came with a free speaker. Phone was delivered quickly but the gift took about 3 weeks to come. I was under the impression it came with the phone which was a bit disappointing like. Deal was good though and I did eventually get the gift but they use some other company to handle gifts so I would prob recommend just getting phones from e2save and not gifts. Better off using a company who actually delivers them same time as phone especially if you are buying it as a present for Christmas or a Birthday.

"Good range of mobile phone deals"

I was bit unsure after reading a few bad reviews but my experience with e2save was really good. They had a lot of great deals compared to ones I saw elsewhere. Ordering was very easy, phone arrived quickly and setup was very easy to activate my SIM. Have recommended them to a few of my friends who used them and are also very happy.

"iPhone 8"

I had never bought anything from e2save before, but decided to pluck up the courage and order the iPhone 8. I went for their most popular deal, with 8gb data I've already tested the 4g and I can tell it’s faster than most carriers out there. The only thing I wasn’t too happy about is the minimum term of the plan, 24 months, would’ve chosen the 12 months instead, if possible, but I guess you can’t have it all…

"Too many salesmen not enough customer service staff!"

My daughter received a phone call from this company out the blue just before her contract was due to be upgraded. She was under the impression she was speaking directly with EE who her contract was with. However, it was e2save. My daughter was convinced to upgrade to an SE 32GB despite telling the man on the phone she wanted 64gb, however, he said there was no difference and 8gb was fine for her needs. This was mis-sold as the phone doesn’t have enough storage for her and she can’t do upgrades or put lots on there. There is also no way to expand memory either. She had the phone about a month, so was outside return period but because it was mis-sold I tried to get her a replacement. The customer service person recommended we sell the32gb one and then buy a 64gb outright as there wasn’t anything they could do. I think was unacceptable. My daughter feels ripped off and she now is paying £30 a month for a phone that doesn’t meet her needs. Thinking about cancelling direct debit and going to court over this. I know a lot of lawyers!

"Pleasantly surprised"

I was pleasantly surprised with e2save and their efficiency. Got my phone within 2 days of ordering and very happy with the deal. I always use these resellers because they offer better deals and e2save have been one of the best to deal with. Not really had to use their customer services as everything worked seamlessly. Will definitely use them again when due for an upgrade. Cheers.

"Shocking service – p**s poor!"

Placed on order online through e2save. Didn’t get a confirmation email or a text, no nothing to say my order was complete. Handset arrived at my door 7 days later without the free gift it was supposed to come with. I couldn’t log into my account section to see where the gift might be because I didn’t get no email about it. Spent literally hours on hold to customer service to get it sorted which was very infuriating to say the least. In the end it was resolved but had to go well out my way to do so. Should and could have been far simpler so I can only give 2 stars for them.

"Better than the highstreet"

I'm not actually sure how e2save managed to give me a deal so much better than everywhere I looked, but I'm certainly not complaining. I went with the refurbished iPhone SE 64gb and am still happy two weeks later.

One thing to improve in the future would be adding a cheaper option to call. It's a bit disappointing that I have to pay to call up just to go and buy a phone. A lot of other companies offer live chat and I feel like that's the way forwards. Other than that I'm glad I went with e2save this month.
