Present Drop Terms and Conditions

Present Drop is designed to be easy to play and understand, but we do need certain rules in place to ensure that it remains fair for all players. We want the iPhone 7 to be won fairly, not someone who breaks the rules or tries to cheat. Please note that we do reserve the right to alter these rules at any time. Our decision will be final in the event of a dispute. For the purpose of these Terms Tiger Mobiles are We, The Promoter.

Uptime

We will aim for 100% uptime but we cannot guarantee the game will be working 24/7. We take no responsibility for non-submits of scores due to technical errors.

Who is Allowed To Play?

There are no regional restrictions on the game – anyone can play. But prizes are only available to residents of the United Kingdom.
If you are under 18, please ask your parents’ permission before playing. Employees (and their families) of TigerMobiles.com are excluded from playing and will not be eligible for any prizes.

The Main Prize

The star prize is a brand new iPhone 7 32GB in a colour of the winners choice. We will contact any winners within 24 hours of a contest ending. You will then have 5 days to come forward and claim the prize. If you do not do so, the prize will be forfeited. Please ensure you can receive emails from @tigermobiles.com.

The Daily Prize

The daily prize is a Amazon Echo Dot and we are giving one away every day from December 11th to December 19th.
We will contact any winners within 24 hours of the daily leaderboard ending. You will then have 5 days to come forward and claim the prize. If you do not do so, the prize will be forfeited. Please ensure you receive emails from @tigermobiles.com.

A player can only win a daily prize once – should a player be drawn randomly on multiple days the prize will redrawn. Players however can with the daily prize and overall prize.

Cheating

Any attempts at cheating will result in your score being removed from the leaderboard and your account banned from playing Present Drop.

Privacy

We will not sell or pass on your information. We will primarily use your email address to administer the game by sending updates out. We may occasionally send commercial offers alongside these updates. You can opt out of these emails at any time.

Errors

If there are any errors in scoring, submissions etc. then we reserve the right to take any action we feel necessary to correct them.

Winners

Winners will be notified by email or via their Facebook account. It is each player’s sole responsibility to ensure that their contact details are up to date. Winners will be required to verify (with evidence satisfactory to the Promoter) their age, identity, residence and other requested verification information to the satisfaction of the Promoter before they are eligible to receive a prize.

If any entrant is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, verify their registration information to the satisfaction of the Promoter, has been found to have breached these terms and conditions by the Promoter or cannot be contacted within five 5 Days the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (and their eligibility to receive any prizes under the Promotion) and award the prize to another participant, if applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and each of its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:

Any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes, promotions or relevant circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
Any technical failures or unavailability of the Tiger Mobiles Website, Mobile Apps or other related platforms;
Obvious errors or omissions relating to the awarding of prizes.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions are or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants in relation to all aspects of the Promotion including (without limitation) allocation of the prizes and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with the Promotion’s rules or terms and conditions will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive any prizes.
