How you can protect yourself?

A certain amount of vigilance and common sense is enough to more than enough to make sure your identity remains safe. If you feel uncomfortable during the call just hang up the phone.

Never give personal or account details to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly. Be suspicious even if they claim to be from TigerMobiles, another phone retailer, or even your bank. If they claim to be and you are unsure then ask for their full name, where they work, what department they are in and then email us for confirmation.
